A total of 390,422 visitors arrived in the city over the three-day celebration, marking a substantial 13.88% increase compared to the previous year. On average, Macau welcomed approximately 130,140 visitors per day during this period, showcasing the festival’s continued popularity as a major draw for both regional and international tourists.The influx of tourists was spread across several entry points, with the Border Gate land crossing from Zhuhai, situated in the neighboring Guangdong province, receiving the highest number of arrivals. This crossing alone accounted for nearly 45.5% of the total visitors, amounting to 177,765 people. The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, a key infrastructure link connecting the three cities, saw 74,934 visitors, making up 19.2% of the total arrivals during the festival. Despite the increase in visitor numbers, the overall average length of stay for all tourists in the first four months of the year has slightly shortened. The average duration of stay decreased by 0.1 day, bringing it to a total of 1.1 days, compared to 1.2 days in the same period last year.Looking specifically at the duration of stay for different categories of visitors, same-day visitors maintained a steady stay length of 0.2 days, unchanged from the previous year. However, overnight visitors stayed slightly longer, with their average length of stay increasing by 0.1 day, reaching an average of 2.3 days.
